I’m no longer on the real estate path, but I think Mom will still be happy to hear that I’ve finally gotten my real estate salesperson’s license! Eh heh heh. I even get this official-looking “real estate license pocket card” to carry around with me, complete with my very own license number and everything - woohoo! It just came in the mail yesterday. Thanks, California Department of Real Estate!
